We currently ship to:

Courier

All orders are shipped using DPD tracked delivery services where available.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 1–3 working days
  • United Kingdom: approximately 2–4 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

We currently aim to offer free delivery where possible to provide the best customer experience.

In some situations, flat-rate shipping charges may apply depending on:

  • order size
  • delivery location
  • promotional periods

Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to:

Oak & Field is not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout.

Oak & Field is not responsible for:

  • failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses
  • delays due to missing information
  • additional shipping costs from re-delivery attempts

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the courier.
