At Oak & Field, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in original condition
  • all original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
  • proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns that show signs of misuse, damage, or heavy wear may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

Custom or special-order items may also be non-refundable unless faulty.

  • reason for return
  • photos if the item arrived damaged or faulty

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the product
  • your order details

If confirmed, we will arrange:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • or full refund where appropriate

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is faulty
  • the wrong item was sent
  • the product arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process.
